Parent Teacher Association Welcome to the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Chichester High School for Girls. As the parent or guardian of a student at the school, you are automatically a member of the PTA and we really hope you will become involved.
The PTA is a charity with three key objectives:
• to promote the education of pupils by providing funds to acquire additional
educational resources
• to foster extended relationships between staff, parents and pupils
• to engage in activities which support the school’s ethos.
We raise money by providing refreshments, running raffles, and selling second hand uniform at school events; holding social and fundraising events; the Pledge 10 Club where, for an initial outlay of £10, you could win £25 in our monthly draws; and via TheGivingMachine.co.uk, an on-line shopping portal which gives us commission on every purchase made through the site.
